Brolga Mural by Dylan Bolger in Winton

As part of the Sovereign Bus Stations project, Pitta Pitta, Maiwali, Kurawali and Gomeroi artist Dylan Bolger created a permanent mural at Crack Up Corner, The Crack Up Sisters in Winton, Queensland.

The mural extends the themes of Sovereign Bus Stations, celebrating First Nations storytelling, identity and connection to Country through contemporary public art. Located on Sesbania Street, Winton, the work is a playful and contemporary tribute to the brolga.

Developed in partnership with SharingStories Foundation, the mural forms part of the broader Sovereign Bus Stations project, supporting community-led storytelling through the arts and creating lasting cultural experiences in the public realm. Supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
